Payment
The extra costs you might incur can be on the restaurant when you choose to order for special meals. Other costs might as well be on using the wellness centre (Sauna, Spa, Salon, and house keeping services)
Carry with you a receipt, either soft-copy or printed. It makes work easier when checking you in.
For bigger groups, we have special discounts that can be discussed when you reach-out to us.
Reservation
If you do not cancel online reservations based on the individual hotel’s cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night’s hotel.
When full payment is required in advance, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless you change or cancel your reservation within the requirements of the individual hotel’s cancellation policy.
We refund all payments with a period of 30 Days when a cancellation has been made.
We support all electronic payment options apart from bitcoin. When you choose to pay with cash, we support all currencies.
