Hotel Policy – Terms and Conditions
Check-Out Time:
Our standard check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by this time.
Management reserves the right to repossess the premises should guests fail to check out by noon.
The hotel management shall not take responsibility for any items left in the repossessed premises.
Extension Policy:
If guests wish to extend their stay, a confirmation must be made through payment at the front desk.
Guarantee Rules:
Reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking will be held until 18:00 hrs as per the hotel policy.
After 18:00 hrs, the hotel reserves the right to release the room for other bookings.
Exchange Rate:
Credit card, Mastercard, and Visa charges are subject to currency conversions by banks or credit card companies.
Currency conversion is not within the hotel’s control and may impact the amount charged to your card.
Guests are encouraged to contact the hotel for any clarification or questions regarding currency conversion.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged at a rate of 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges.
Guests are advised to notify the hotel well in advance for any changes to their reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
All guests are expected to comply with the hotel’s policies for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
